Our online booking platform gives you access to make a reservation and pay for it online. Please click here (pls put hyperlink here) to access the booking engine.
Alternatively, you can make a reservation either by calling our reservations numbers 024-5000-000 or MTN Toll free 18181. You can also send a reservation request mail to ccsupport@flystarbow.com with the following details:
• Title(s) and name(s) of traveler(s)
• Required route
• Preferred date and time
• Contact cell phone number and e-mail address
Retrieve the booking by entering the “last name” and “confirmation number” in the “Manage By Booking” tab and then you can proceed with modification.
If you find difficulties in modifying then send a request email to rssupport@flystarbow.com
• Normally correction of the name is allowed to maximum of 3 characters.

• Change of entire name or partial name is not allowed.
For items lost on board, please report immediately to the airport you flew into and fill the appropriate forms for this to be investigated. Please report all missing or delayed luggage immediately for the appropriate action to be taken.

Please report any cases or missing, delayed or damaged luggage, and in writing immediately to Starbow staff at the airport you flew into. Please keep your luggage claim tag for this purpose and be ready to produce this upon request.

Whilst we will make every attempt to ensure your baggage is handled with care, you should know that Starbow’ liability for loss, delay or damage to baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges paid.
The extent of airline liability is not based on the value of the bag or its content. Starbow does not accept liability for fragile, valuable, perishable articles or baggage which is packed in damaged or unsuitable containers.
Under the Conditions of Carriage we accept no liability for the loss of jewellery, other valuables and money contained in checked baggage. You are advised to keep valuables, important documents and money either on your person or in your hand baggage.

On our domestic flights Economy class Guests are allowed up to 20kg of luggage whilst Business class Guests are allowed up to 30kg of luggage. Extra luggage could be taken at a fee. The applicable charges would be communicated at the time of reservation.
Guests are also allowed up to 5kg for carry-on luggage.
Dangerous Goods are items that may endanger the safety of an aircraft or persons on board the aircraft. They are also known as restricted articles, hazardous materials and dangerous cargo. Such items may not be permitted on board and we advise you refer to the Dangerous Goods sections of our Terms and Conditions of Carriage for further details.
We do not advise travel for pregnancies between 0- 8 weeks and after 28 weeks. For pregnancies beyond 28 weeks, a doctor’s report stating that the person is able to travel without any complications will be required.
A baby must be at least 48 hours old before being accepted on a Starbow flight. Infants (babies less than 2 years will be lapped by the accompanying parent with the aid of an extended seat belt.
Check-in for all staff starts from 2 hours to scheduled departure time and ends 30 minutes to the departure time. Guests who are unable to check-in at the end of check-in time could be denied boarding. A valid national photo ID card will be required for check-in. Foreign residents will be required to produce their passports as a form of identification.
Starbow investigates and resolves all customer complaints with a high sense of urgency. If you are not satisfied with our service, please send a mail to ccsupport@flystarbow.com, stating specific details of the issue being referred to.
We understand that some Guests may require a letter from Starbow to confirm that flights were cancelled or delayed, usually for insurance purposes. Please request for such at our Customer Service desk at the airport of by mail to ccsupport@flystarbow.com, indicating your confirmation number and flight details.
Starbow provides wheelchair to any Guest who may need such assistance. This request must however be made at the point of reservation so this will be arranged for in advance.
