1. Passenger must register with Starbow's Frequent Flyer Program (STAR GUEST) and get their Frequent Flyer Number to qualify for this offer.
  2. Membership of "STAR GUEST" is open only to individuals that are 12 years and above at the time of registration. Membership is not open to families, groups, companies, trusts, partnerships, other entities, government departments, agencies, animals or inanimate objects.
  3. Persons wishing to become Members must apply for Membership and is offered at the discretion of Starbow. Starbow has the right to accept or reject any application for Membership.
  4. Each Member must advise Starbow of any change of name, address, or other details as soon as practicable after the change. Changes to the mailing address, or other details may be made directly on or by calling or e-mailing to the support team at ( Members must supply their Membership number, and any requested security information when making any such changes. Written proof must be supplied for any change of name, and may be required for other changes. Starbow is not responsible for any failure by a Member to notify Starbow of any changes in accordance with this clause, or for any incorrect changes notified to Starbow.
  5. Members may, at any time, cancel their Membership by providing written notice to Starbow.


  1. Only full revenue tickets are eligible.
  2. Barter Tickets, Staff discount tickets, rebate & reward tickets are not eligible.
  3. Tickets cannot be combined with family or friends tickets for this offer.
  4. Staff, Contractors, Consultants, associates, etc. traveling on DUTY TRIP are not eligible.
  5. Tickets bought before 02-July-2015 are not eligible. Four (4) Domestic sectors (full revenue) with "FLOWN" status can be redeemed for One (1) Domestic One-Way ticket as per the table below:

  1. New members are allowed to accrue their past flights up to 3 months prior to their registration date. Tickets flown beyond that period are not eligible for accruals.
  2. For Fee ticket on Business Class, ALL the eligible flown tickets must be in Business Class.
  3. Redemption requests can be made online, at any of our sales outlet directly, by filling and submitting a redemption form, by calling the call center or by sending an email to
  4. REWARD tickets are not transferable, meaning it can only be used by the registered member.
  5. REWARD tickets/vouchers will be issued after verification and forwarded to the beneficiary by email and or SMS.
  6. REWARD request should be placed at least 48 hours before the intended date of travel.
  7. REWARD tickets are valid for 3-months.


  1. All Taxes/Fee/Surcharge/other airport related charges are borne by the beneficiary and must be paid at the sales outlets before check in.
  2. All fare rules, change fee, no-show fee, etc. apply on the REWARD tickets.
  3. REWARD tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. REWARD tickets are subject to availability.
  5. In case of flight disruptions, priority will be given to Full Revenue passengers and they may be protected on the subsequent flights subject to availability.
  6. REWARD tickets are not eligible for transfer between carriers.
  7. REWARD tickets cannot be exchanged for cash nor can they be combined with regular full revenue tickets. They cannot be combined with any other future offer.


  1. Starbow reserves the right to disqualify any customer when it proven that he/she used any fraudulent means to join this program and also use the same to redeem any benefit.
  2. Starbow reserve the rights to make any changes to its Frequent Flyer Program (STAR GUEST) including but not limited to the Terms & Conditions, the rewards, the awards or benefits offered, etc. without notice.
  3. Starbow gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of Starbow Frequent Flyer Program "STAR GUEST". Starbow may terminate or suspend "STAR GUEST" program at any time. Starbow will give sufficient notice to members of such termination or suspension, except if Starbow ceases to operate an airline business in which case "STAR GUEST" will cease immediately.
  4. If Starbow terminates or suspends "STAR GUEST", Members will be able to redeem "STAR GUEST" tickets during the notice period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, except where Starbow is ceasing to operate an airline business and/or has gone into liquidation or other form of administration, in which case "STAR GUEST" may terminate or cancel any Rewards, Awards or Benefits immediately without notice.
  5. In the event of loss, theft or unauthorized use of a Card or unauthorized use of a Membership number, it is the Member's responsibility to advise Starbow as soon as possible. The Member is liable for all use of the Card, or Membership number until Starbow is notified of the loss, theft or unauthorized use.
  6. Starbow may cancel or deduct the trips that was awarded incorrectly due to system error or manual error.
  7. It is a condition of Membership that a Member consents and authorizes Starbow to collect, use and disclose the information on their application form and other information that Starbow collects in relation to the Member for the purposes of improving customer service, including by means of research, marketing, product development and planning.
